Acts 1:6-14
6 So when they had come together, they asked him, “Lord, is this the time when you will restore the kingdom to Israel?”
7 He replied, “It is not for you to know the times or periods that the Father has set by his own authority.
Psalm 31:1-5, 15-16
1Â In you, O Lord, I seek refuge; do not let me ever be put to shame; in your righteousness deliver me.
2Â Incline your ear to me; rescue me speedily. Be a rock of refuge for me, a strong fortress to save me.
John 14:1-14
1Â “Do not let your hearts be troubled. Believe in God, believe also in me.
2Â In my Father’s house there are many dwelling places. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you?
3Â And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, so that where I am, there you may be also.
4Â And you know the way to the place where I am going.”

2Â Like newborn infants, long for the pure, spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow into salvation-
