Isaiah 55:10-13
10 For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return there until they have watered the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater,
10 For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return there until they have watered the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater,
8Â The voice of my beloved! Look, he comes, leaping upon the mountains, bounding over the hills.
9Â My beloved is like a gazelle or a young stag. Look, there he stands behind our wall, gazing in at the windows, looking through the lattice.
15Â I do not understand my own actions. For I do not do what I want, but I do the very thing I hate.
16Â Now if I do what I do not want, I agree that the law is good.
17Â But in fact it is no longer I that do it, but sin that dwells within me.
9Â Rejoice greatly, O daughter Zion! Shout aloud, O daughter Jerusalem! Lo, your king comes to you; triumphant and victorious is he, humble and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.
Therefore, since we are justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
2Â through whom we have obtained access to this grace in which we stand; and we boast in our hope of sharing the glory of God.
